EEO Charge Results In Backlash From Management And Union

by C.
(Fresno, CA)

I am not sure what happened behind the scenes but I do know that because I filed an EEO charge against a former IRS manager in Fresno (she still works) my life has been torn apart. I lost my home, good credit, and can't face going back to work. Upper management is conspiring against me to trap me in some way. They have followed me in and out of work, spread lies about me, and my union is co-responding with the employer against me.

I had not been able to obtain legal counsel and had to face IRS attorneys alone. The attorney has placed a stop on my disability check which I bought and pay for myself. They have too much control. They have spent good taxpayer money to have me photographed, followed and send helicopters! They recruited co-workers to mob me; those co-workers are taken away from their duties to follow mob me at work!

Here is what happened. This former manager demanded my password and was caught red handed! I had to make a statement in testimony and filed an EEO charge for retaliation. The EEO, NTEU, and IRS Attorneys are all a farce. They are not there to help anyone but themselves.

They all conspired against me and no legal counselors will help me. They have all dropped their muskets and ran the opposite direction from fear.

Whatever was discovered in that EEO charge it was big. It opened a can of worms beyond my understanding. From what I have experienced they are afraid of me right now.

How awful for anyone to have to go through this. All I can say is that they picked on the wrong person to mess with. I am die hard and not easily defeated. Oh I cry but I also pray. I am physically sick from the whole thing but I pray.

I look at it this way; IRS is crying right now and I know they are not praying. IRS has a public black eye right now because of the Tea Party Violations and I know they are not praying. So God helps those who help themselves; I truly believe and live those words.

Keep faith in yourself, your heart and your strength.!!

You said it in the end of your statement. They are afraid of you. I am sure you have this all documented?

If not I would begin gathering everything if they are illegally following and photographing you. I would suggest you do the same.

I would literally start your own reality show. Technology today is what it is.. use a camera pinpoint attach it to you several for that matter. Purchase of this technology is reasonable and available.

You must have some friends or family. If not I suggest you look at making friends in private detectives. There are some who have a heart and can help you. Post the recordings on Youtube if in fact it's happening. Reality TV can be your best friend.

Sounds like you have a win win situation you can achieve. Also contact the FBI if you truly feel you have opened a can of worms that was in violation of federal statutes the FBI does not report to anyone and they do monitor the IRS for violations and misconduct.

There are many avenues still open. I would say keep the faith. But as you said they are afraid of you and if they continue to intimidate you then fight back responsibly.

If they are recording you than you should record you as well. Start your own video journal. Protect yourself its that important that you do.

Let Us Not Forget The Good Word!

Romans 12 King James Version

12 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:

5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;

7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;

8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.

9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

11 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;

12 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;

13 Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.

14 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.

15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.

16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.

17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.

18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.

21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
