Maybe It's Time To Start Thinking About Fighting Fire With Fire

Hi,

A lot has happened since our last newsletter. You may have read the first part of the 5 part series on recovering from workplace bullying, by Richard Schwindt, but I now have all of them posted on the site. I've also put together the "Anxiety, Stress and Panic Report". It is the perfect companion to the e-book "What Every Target of Workplace Bullying Needs to Know".

We are also working on releasing information about fighting workplace bullies. Our contributor, writing under the pen-name of "Nathan Ford" has sent me an amazing approach to fending off bully attacks. He has survived several attacks by "psychobullies" and their minions for over 25 years... Look for information here about when we release this highly effective strategy.

If you are interested in learning more about some of the Manipulative Psychology techniques that bullies are now using against you so you can begin to understand how to "fight fire with fire" check out this course.

All the Best,

Anton

Suffering from Insomnia or Sleep Disorders?

When I was targeted by workplace bullies there were some nights that sleep just would not come. With your mind racing as you wonder what new horrors the bully will have in store for you. As sleep deprivation takes its toll it becomes a vicious cycle. Without proper sleep you cannot function at your best and any slip-up will give the bully more ammunition to use against you. In addition to the stress reduction measures we discuss there are also things you can do to help you sleep better.

A great resource for all kinds of sleep related questions is SleepAidGuide.com. Don't let bullies keep you up at night!
