Let's Take It To The Next Level!

Hi,

I hope this finds you well as we get underway in the new year. This year we will be taking things to the next level and would like to invite you to join us. Our guide for targets of workplace bullying, "What Every Target of Workplace Bullying Needs to Know", has taken on a life of its own. The e-book is still expanding as more workplace bullying experts are joining the project. If you are dealing with workplace bullying and haven't got your copy yet you can get it here.

But we are also looking for contributing writers to share their perspectives on bullying. (All forms of bullying including school, workplace and cyber bullying.) I hope you will seriously consider becoming a contributing writer and have your article(s) published on OvercomeBullying.org. You will (of course) receive a byline credit and if you have a website or offer products or services your article will also include a link to your website. But you don't have to have a website... this is open to everyone who wants to join in.

The Total Bully Solution (For Kids)

Is your child being bullied? School administrators unable or unwilling to do anything? What can you do to help your child? Adam Blum has developed The Total Bully Solution and I was given full access to their entire program including the instructional videos and bonus material. If you are at your wits end about what to do to help your child Adam's program explains why other approaches don't work and what you need to do to bully-proof your child. The skills Adam teaches will not only help your child now but throughout their life. I won't go into detail here, but if you are interested in learning more about what can be done to really help your child just visit the link below to read my full review...

New Self-Help Network Page

I've just started putting together a new "Self-Help Network" page as a central resource for the best resources and programs to help you overcome bullying. That way you can find all the resources in one handy place. I'll be adding more resources soon and will include more that I find in the future.

Is Sleep Debt Affecting Your Mood and Performance?

Sometimes it's hard to get bullies out of your head and it seems impossible to get to sleep. But every night you don't get enough sleep you are going further into "sleep debt". Getting caught up on your sleep to stay healthy is not as simple as just making up for the lost hours some other day or on the weekend when you might get some respite from bullying. Most people believe that if you lose an hour of sleep you just have to sleep an extra hour to balance it out. But it doesn't work that way...
