Bullied For Her Size

My little girl is into her fifth week in reception and is being bullied by other kids in her class because she is very small for age... 5 years.

She is being picked up under the arms like a doll and really doesn't like it. I have approached teachers but there is only so much they can do.

Can anyone suggest what I can tell her to say to these kids and what strategies I can put in place so this doesn't keep happening, as it is meaning we have to keep here back from school because she is scared to go.
