HEALTHCARE WORKERS

Patient care is compromised when healthcare workers are bullied. Bully bosses reduce morale by unfair treatment. Those who do not fall into a, "protected class" do not have any rights.

I am a healthy, heterosexual, white female. I was threatened by a manager. After filing a complaint, I was placed under increased surveillance, and eventually terminated.

If I were disabled, gay, or a minority, I would be protected.
